According to new reports, Madonna is “set to perform with Britney Spears in the summer.” “Choreographers have been asked to create an out-of-this-world dance routine for Britney and Madonna.” “When Britney joined Madonna on stage for her Sticky and Sweet tour it was very sedate. This is going to be a high energy dance routine - getting back to what they are both good at, performing.” Britney’s lead choreographer Andre Fuentes has quit due to complications in Britney’s management, along with tour director Wade Robson. The pop star was seen holding choreographer auditions at the Alley Cat dance studios in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. | |

Britney Spears has appointed Jamie King, a choreographer who worked with Madonna on “Sweet & Sticky Tour”, for her upcoming “Circus Starring Britney Spears” tour. Jamie will replace her two previous choreographers Wade Robson and Andre Fuentes, who both quit earlier this month. Jamie’s publicist at the MSA Agency has posted a statement on their website, congratulating him for the new job. “Britney’s back and going on tour to promote her new album Circus! Congratulations to Jamie King who will be the tour’s director,” so the statement read. “Simon Ellis will be the Musical Director for the tour.” Jamie King has practiced dance moves with several dancers at Britney Spears’ old stomping grounds Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood. Their rehearsal is a preparation for her roadshow. There has been recent rumours saying Robson and Fuentes reportedly quit due to Britney’s dad, Jamie, “micromanagement, rules, curfews, drug tests, and over controlling nature,”. “Jamie Spears is getting a reputation as a stage dad,” revealed a source. “It’s embarrassing for Britney.” Below is a video of Jamie King’s dance rehearsal: | |

Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears had been making about $10,000 a month since February to look after Britney’s finances. But, apparently, that wasn’t enough. A Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner gave Jamie a $6,000-a-month raise on Monday. A nice Christmas bonus! But that’s not all. Jamie Spears also gets an additional $1,200-a-month expense to keep up an office to deal with his daughter’s affairs. Doesn’t she have a few houses where he could just set up in the den? Without the expense account, Britney’s dad’s hourly wage comes to about $75/hour. But from the looks of things, it is money well spent. Britney’s new CD Circus debuted at number #1 on the Billboard charts, and the singer and mother-of-two has curbed her expensive partying ways. | |

Despite recent reports claiming Britney will be taking the stage at the Palms on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas this year, Britney will in fact be at home with her two sons Sean Preston & Jayden James for the celebration. Instead, Britney will spend time with the boys on New Year’s Eve while Kevin parties it up in Las Vegas with new girlfriend Victoria Prince, a pro-volleyball player. “Kevin has been getting on much better with Britney recently, so he didn’t want to risk setting their relationship back by mentioning Victoria. “And he knows she’s desperate to see the boys over Christmas, so he’s letting her visit them at his home over the festive period. “He then added she could have them on New Year’s Eve, as if it was a great favor.” Hopefully Britney will gets them for Christmas too! | |
